In June 2001, GCI Design successfully passed examination of XQC(China New Times Quality Assurance System), and acquired the ISO9001 certificate.
GCI Design has been adhering to the principle of "To survive with quality, To profit with management, To develop with excellency", and formed a complete set of enterprise standard and regulation through the long process of engineering reconnaissance and designing work. This set of standard and regulation has undergone all the processes of reconnaissance, verification, validation, review, publishment, delivery and affirmance, and finally became a standard procedure for designing, developing, and service.
Upon implementation of quality system, we sticked to the quality control and improvement of design process and post-design service tracing. We employed the multi-level quality control system to minimize disqualification due to carelessness or other man-made errors during design process and to ensure quality of all aspects of designing process including planning, on-spot inspecting, pre-compiling guidance of designing, per-phase reviewing of design file, and finished design file reviewing. Through examination, sumarization, tracing, and analyzing, we are able to trace and correct all disqualifications appeared in the design file, timely and completely.
With the implementation of ISO9001 quality system, our staffs have greatly improved their consciousness of quality, which helps the improvement of design quality and standardization of working regulation, and also the smoothness in all aspects of work.
